Merchandise Pre-Order Terms and Conditions
1. Order Collection
All pre-ordered merchandise must be picked up in person at the concert venue on the show day. Merchandise will be available for collection at the merchandise booth at your selected concert venue:
- Melbourne 15 May (170 Russell)
- Sydney 18 May (Liberty Hall)
 If the stock is unavailable due to unforeseen issues on show day, a new pickup arrangement will be announced on BoxLive’s social media and notified via email.
2. No Delivery or Alternative Pick-Up Arrangements
Please note that if merchandise is not collected on the show day, no further delivery or pick-up arrangements will be made. Failure to pick up the pre-ordered merchandise on the specified date and location will result in forfeiture of the order, with no refunds or exchanges provided.
3. Proof of Purchase
To collect your merchandise, please present your purchase confirmation email and a valid photo ID.
4. Non-Refundable
All pre-orders are final. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted once an order has been placed.
5. Limited Availability
Merchandise is subject to availability, and specific items or sizes may sell out.
